The movement is numbered 38293..The second: The balance does not oscillate when wound, the watch does not function and will need an overhaul. The dial has spots and scratches and oxidation to the numerals and outer edges (heaviest discoloration near 12 o'clock. The case needs to be cleaned and there are light scratches throughout.
