A UNIQUE AND HIGHLY IMPORTANT 18K PINK GOLD MINUTE REPEATING PERPETUAL CALENDAR TOURBILLON WRISTWATCH WITH RETROGRADE DATE AND POWER RESERVE.Signed Gerald Genta, Model Grande Sonnerie Retrograde, No. 1, Ref. G0026-6, Case No. 69800, circa 1994.With highly engraved skeletonised gilt finished lever movement signed Gerald Genta No. 1, 57 jewels, pierced GG rotor engraved with Grande Sonnerie, one minute tourbillon with polished steel frame and GG tourbillon bridge, the lavender mother-of-pearl dial with applied Arabic and luminous dot numerals, luminous hands, inner concentric retrograde date sector, five subsidiary dials indicating the power reserve for the striking and going-train, seconds, indication for Grande or Petite Sonnerie and Silence or Chime, windows for day, month and leap year indication, the heavy circular case with fluted bezel and bar lugs, bi-directional winding crown for the going train in one direction and the striking train in the other, repeating mechanism activated by button at 9, additional crowns at 7 for Grande or Petite Sonnerie and at 11 for Silence or Chime function, glazed display back secured by six screws, together with an 18k pink gold Gerald Genta double deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed.40 mm. diam..This watch is accompanied by a Gerald Genta wooden presentation box with outer packaging, certificate and humidity regulator.Post-Lot Text.To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Gerald Genta company in 1994, Gerald genta designed and produced the present watch - one of four unique watches - each unique in the metal usd or in terms of complications..View Lot Notes ›

  Descrizione : C. two-body, truncated cone-shaped, glazed back with sapphire crystal secured by bolts, stepped bezel, Vendôme lugs with fluted middle portion, Genta winding-crown at 3, Grande et Petite Sonnerie at 7, repeater at 9, silent/striking at 11, pushbuttons on the band for adjusting the retrograde calendar and 24-hour indications. D. pale blue mother-of-pearl with tritium dot indexes, the 12 in applied white gold stylized Arabic numerals, six auxiliary ring dials for striking power reserve at 1, up-and-down indication at 5, small seconds at 6, Grande et Petite Sonnerie indicator at 7, Silence-Chimes sector at 11, at the center, the retrograde-date ring dial, apertures for the day of the week, the month and the leap year. Epée tritium-coated white gold hands, red for the small seconds. M.
