The legend according to Louis Vuitton says that the bucket bag, wonderfully embodied by the Noé design, was created in the thirties for a champagne producer to transport bottles.

It is a tubular bag with a flat base fastened by tightening a leather cord. It was adapted in the sixties to be used as a shoulder bag by the addition of a longer strap. This simply shaped bag is available in both leather and flexible canvas and has attracted generations of young women with its casual, sober good looks.
