6.5 Exclusion of Prohibited Products: Principals are prohibited from offering for sale or allowing the sale of Products that are Prohibited. They agree to inform Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping immediately if they discover such Products listed online.

6.7 Financial Provisions

6.7.1 Receipt of Price on Behalf of a Principal or Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping as Seller

a) Receipt of the Transaction Price on Behalf of a Principal

It is reiterated that Principals mandate Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping to receive the Transaction Price on their behalf.

b) Methods of Payment of the Transaction Price by the Buyer

As remuneration for the use of various services provided by Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping, the Principal authorizes Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping, upon the Buyer’s acceptance of the offer and full payment of the Transaction Price, to deduct from the total Transaction Price, in addition to expenses prepaid by Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping and any potential fees for revisions, repairs, or other services (as specified in the Sales Mandate), a Commission determined according to the terms outlined in Article 6.7.4 below. The Commission is owed by the Principal unless the Product is returned to them.

a) Commission Rate Owed by the Principal

Article 7 Specific Obligations of Buyers

7.1 Identity Validation of Buyers: Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping verifies the Buyer’s identity (ID card or passport) and requires them to sign a withdrawal receipt when collecting their purchased Product at the Showroom. In all cases, Products must be returned in identical condition as when shipped. Return shipping costs are borne by Buyers unless there is non-conformity or hidden defects; in such cases, costs are borne by Principals if they are Client sellers of disputed Products.

Any taxes or customs duties paid by Buyers remain their responsibility. Presentation photos available on the website may serve as references in case of disputes.

8.8 Refund Following Withdrawal or Approved Complaint

8.8.1 Refund Deadlines: For returns made by Buyers exercising their right of withdrawal, subject to verification by Replica Handbag and Jewelry Shopping that returned Products match delivered items and have not been damaged, refunds for Transaction Prices will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days following Product return.
