Fond gravé Rolex, Oyster, Original Gas Escape Valve, N° 3079 . Bracelet Rolex Oyster en acier avec boucle déployante. Estimation: € 25,000-30,000 La référence triple 6 est un modèle de transition, produit de 1982 à 1984, à 200 exemplaires pour la Comex, les 50 premiers avaient un cadran mat avec index peints, comme celui-ci, tandis que les 150 autres, avaient un cadran brillant avec index cerclés. La 16660 apporte une évolution importante en terme de technicité, comparée à la 1665, avec une seconde génération de valve à hélium plus large (étanche à 1220 m), passage du verre plexi au verre saphir, nouveau calibre 3035, remplaçant le 1570 de la 1665. Cependant, elle conserve un aspect de montre vintage avec son cadran mat et ses index peints. Après une enfance au Cameroun, Serge Géraud s'engage dans la Marine Nationale dès 1963, puis rejoint la Comex en 1967, première compagnie de plongée industrielle. Après être passé par le Mexique, le Golf Persique, l'Afrique de l'Ouest, l’Afrique du Sud, l'Inde, et avec plus de 5000 plongées à son actif dans toutes les Mers du monde, il fut gratifié par la British Sub-Aqua, à qui il a apporté son soutien pour l'entraînement, la formation et la certification de nouveaux plongeurs. En Mer du Nord, il fut l'un des premier plongeur français pour Total en 1972, et il effectua sa plongée la plus profonde, à l'époque, en 1976, à -300m au Labrador. Mouvement automatique certifié chronomètre calibre 1570. Bracelet oyster blindé avec boucle deployante en acier signés Rolex. Cadran, boîtier et mouvement signés. Diam: 40 mm. * Henri Delauze ingénieur et plongeur, fondateur de la COMEX à Marseille en 1961, persuadé de l'importance de la montre pour ses plongeurs, il s'associe à Rolex pour réaliser l'outil horloger idéal.
