A veritable commercial institution, in the late 1930s the brand commissioned Rolex to produce a series of Prince models with special dials. Easily identifiable, these watches have an atypical dial in which the Rolex name is replaced by that of Eaton, and the indexes are marked with the inscription "1/4 C E N T U R Y CL U B". These watches, all in 14k gold, were intended to celebrate employees' 25th anniversaries with the company, a practice then widespread throughout North America.,The back of the case was systematically personalised with the employee's name, the year they were hired and the year of their 25th anniversary with the company.
