  Description : The clock is not running as the battery in it is dead. It appears as if it has leaked onto the bottom and inside of the case. The movement will not run until it gets a battery to transfer energy from the solar panel to the winding motor. The enamel is in good order and is intact. The dial is clean with no surface marks on it. The movement is stamped 12064 on the back plate. There is a stamp that reads No. 31498 inside of the solar cell.
